 Healthy spine     Friday : 15:30, 16:30

Healthy Spine classes are aimed at strengthening all muscle groups and increasing the flexibility of the spine. They help to alleviate the effects of incorrect habits, eliminate pain and act preventively

Tabata Friday  : 17:30, 18:30

Tabata classes include high-intensity interval workouts involving most of the muscles. Tabata helps in accelerating metabolism and improving the endurance of the body.
